"We got all worked up for the family picnic and I was really hungry but then my uncle didn't act right and lil' bobby spilled the beans and my aunt yelled a bunch and we all went back home."
I had made a stack of cardboard bears. I photographed them and wanted to create a poster using all of them together. I had the idea of a country family picnic gone awry. Perhaps something from my past— or a mixup of a few similar events.
So I wrote a little bit about Bobby and the beans. He didn't mean to knock over the baked beans but he was just running from some honey bees that were minding their own business and after that happened some people yelled and one went to the car and it was pretty much time to go back home anyway.
